Using only simple high quality ingredients; Cream from the local farm, sugar, eggs, real fruit, Belgian chocolate, as well as other goodies! Nothing else is added. We don't put in unnecessary gums, emulsifiers or preservatives. Our ice cream is the real thing! Much of the fruit is sourced from small orchards, so our menu changes seasonally.
